Nichols Construction works on all types of homes. We remodel, renovate, rectorate and restore contemporary and older homes. Commercial or Residential.. Some of the home restoration we do are on homes over 100 years old. The projects we work on involve one or more of the following: regular home remodeling and home renovation, historic restoration and preservation services, and/or energy efficiency and green building services. The projects we do range in size and complexity from simple bathroom remodels, to additions, to architecturally sensitive whole home renovations and historic restorations.
